Youth Group

Who should attend youth group?

Students in grades 9-12 are invited to participate in high school youth group. Youth group meets most Sunday nights. Please see our schedule (on the right!) for a full list of dates.

When does high school youth group meet?
Youth group meets on Sunday nights from 6:15-8:15pm following 5pm Mass in Kaplan Hall.

What happens at youth group?

Each week, we discuss topics about our Catholic faith and explore how to live out and share our faith in our daily lives. Meetings consist of a variety of activities, including dinner, games, talks, small group discussions, different types of prayer, and more! Our goal is to create an inclusive, welcoming environment where each person has the opportunity to encounter, embody, and share Jesus Christ.

Open Hours: Thursday 2:30-4:30pm

During the school year, the youth group room - located on the ministry level - is open to all high school students from 2:30-4:30pm on Thursdays. Students are welcome to work on homework, catch up with friends, wind down after the school day, and eat some yummy snacks!

Holy Hour: Thursday 4:30-5:30pm

Prayer should be the foundation of everything we do, including ministry. To help keep our hearts and minds focused on Christ, all students, families, and youth ministry volunteers are invited to participate in youth ministry Holy Hour, every Thursday from 4:30-5:30pm in the Reservation Chapel. You may come to part or all of the Holy Hour. Evening Prayer with the community takes place 4:45pm.

Unable to attend Holy Hour, but still looking for prayer? Leave your intentions in the youth ministry prayer box located in the youth group room and we will pray for you!
